• your camera-ready artwork (if you are ordering imprinted merchandise), and,
• any special shipping, receiving, packing or delivery requirements.

By providing us with complete and accurate information, we can normally acknowledge, quote, and confirm your phone, fax, e-mail or online order quickly (often within 2-3 business days).

We ship F.O.B. South San Francisco, California, USA using the most economical, efficient and reliable means possible. Duties and taxes will be your responsibility unless otherwise quoted.
