When your delivery location is outside of our Northern California Regional Delivery Area and West Coast Regional Delivery Area, we ship F.O.B. South San Francisco, California using the most economical, efficient and reliable means possible. Freight charges are based on origin and destination zip codes, product weight, freight classification of the shipment, and (if applicable) any special handling that may be required. Carriers may also assess a minimum charge to move freight between two points, regardless of weight or freight classification. At your request, we can calculate freight charges on your order and provide you with a quote (typically at a discounted rate).
