Central Distribution System only sells to companies who resell our products.  Therefore we do not charge sales tax. If you are a U.S. based customer, we must have your current Tax Exempt or Resale Certificate on file.  A retail certificate is mandatory and must be completed and signed.  No e-commerce site access, pricing or quotes of any kind can be provided without the proper documentation on file.
